having a great life in spite of everything

I’m a graphic designer living in Austin, Texas. Currently, I teach Digital Publishing and freelance. In addition to my love of design, I’m passionately dedicated to knitting, and have websites devoted to both. Our household consists of me, my husband, and three fuzzy dogs, with a daughter currently in Hawaii studying anthropology. There’s an abundance of computers and game systems inside, and a lovely garden outside, including a nearly-completed pond.

The phrase, “Boy, lemme tell ya…” is something my dad used to say a lot. It’s fun to say, and it just seems like an appropriate blog name.
